The method prevents environmental pollution and shortens the corn starch extracting time by constraining the use of sulfite waste liquor by applying gamma ray in corn. The corn starch is completed by packaging the corn and applying the gamma ray in a range of the more than 1kGy/hr dosage rate and total amount of absorption ray of 1 to 10kGy at room temperature.
