摘要 The radiation detector is used in a detector system (22) which including several adjacent detector elements. Each detector element (12) includes a radiation sensitive active surface (14) and a radiation insensitive non-active surface (16). The filling factor (FF) of the detector system is formed by the ratio of the active surface to the total surface (12), including the active and the non-active surfaces. The detector system, on the incident side of the radiation, is arranged with a lens system (30) consisting of several binary optical micro-lenses. Each micro-lens serves as a field lens for each detector element (12) of the detector system and each micro-lens has several graduation steps. The detector system (22) has a heat sink (44), carrying the detector elements. The heat sink and the detector elements are designed in monolithic form, and the heat sink has pyramid shaped projections, which carry the detector elements.
