PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain right printing result which is originally aimed by easily, rightly and properly using both printing by handwork and printing by automatic paper feeding. SOLUTION: In the documentation device, a printer 24 capable of printing by handwork and printing by automatic paper feeding is provided. A control part 10 discriminates whether normal printing is enabled by constraint on a mechanism conveying a form for the printer 26 corresponding to printing by handwork and printing by automatic paper feeding on the basis of data making an object of printing. When it is discriminated that normal printing is impossible as the result of this discrimination, an alarm message is shown on a display 16. |
