<p>A method for providing efficient communication between energy suppliers (20), energy purchasers (25), and transportation providers (30) and having an administrator to assist in the transmission of energy for providing timely movement of energy. The method includes connecting a supplier, a buyer, a transmission supplier and the administrator through a network (51), and providing a processor (35) for receiving energy information from the buyer, the supplier and the transmission supplier. The processor processes and stores the energy information, and communicates this information via the network to all the parties. The method includes verifying the reliability of the transportation of the energy (60), providing access to the buyer to the information stored in a data base (36) connected to the processor to assist the buyer in negociating for the transportation of energy, and communicating the acceptance by the buyer to the supplier and to the transmission supplier.</p> |
