PURPOSE:To give properties excellent in flavor characteristics to a paper vessel, and to prevent the generation of a crack in the thin section of an extracting tool by inserting the extracting tool made of a polyolefin resin with a flange section into an opening section from the inside of a cylindrical body and welding and fixing the flange section of the extracting tool to an interposing member in the cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:An interposing member (e) is welded and fastened in a section along an opening section 24 in a blank plate 25 to the rear layer 23 of the blank plate. The interposing member (e) is broken from the surface layer 22 side of the blank plate 25, and a section surrounded by the easy break line (d) of the interposing member (e) is separated and removed, thus acquiring the blank plate in which the interposing member (e) is laminated only on the section along the peripheral section of the opening section 24. A pair of oppositely faced side sections of the blank plate are overlapped mutually, a copper-clad bonding section is formed through heat under pressure, and a square cylindrical body, an inner circumferential surface of which is shaped by the rear layer 23, that is, a linear saturated polyester resin layer, of the blank plate, is acquired. A closed-end cylindrical body D in an extracting tool F is inserted from the inner circumferential surface side of the square cylindrical body, and the flange section C of the closed-end cylindrical body D is fixed to the rear layer (b) of the interposing member (e) by ultrasonic sealing. |
