PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plastic composition having electroconductivity and biodegradability, and also capable of producing moldings excellent in mechanical strength, and such a plastic molding. SOLUTION: This electroconductive plastic composition contains a polylactic acid, a cellulose acetate or an aliphatic polyester, or their mixture and a carbon powder, has <=10<8>Ωsquare surface resistivity and <=15vol.% carbon powder content, and is obtained by making <=2.0wt.% water content based on the total weight of the composition during the mixing and kneading of the composition in producing by mixing and kneading the resin composition containing the polylactic acid, the cellulose acetate or the aliphatic polyester, or their mixture and the carbon powder and having <=10<8>Ωsquare surface resistivity and <=15vol.% carbon powder content.
