FORMATION OF LANTHANUM CHROMITE DENSE THIN FILM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of lanthanum chromite dense thin film capable of obtaining such film even by a slurry coating method. SOLUTION: The forming method of the lanthanum chromite dense thin film comprises that: (1) a lanthanum chromite powder (coarse powder) having 1-2μm average particle diameter and a lanthanum chromite powder (fine powder) having 0.1-1μm average particle diameter are prepared by pulverization and classification; (2) the obtained powders are mixed in the ratio (coarse powder):(fine powder) of 90:10 to 50:50; (3) the mixed powder in mixed with a binder, a solvent and the like to obtain a slurry; (4) a lanthanum chromite film is obtained by applying the slurry on a porous ceramic base body; and (5) the lanthanum chromite film is baked. The coarse powder acts to form a the skeleton of the film and the fine powder acts as a sintering assistant.
