PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably give a visual alarm to a driver who is driving his vehicle while parking or garaging. SOLUTION: Distance sensors are mounted in the proximity of right and left ends of a rear bamper of the body to measure the distance to the object behind the body. In a high-mount stop lamp 20 fixed inside the vehicle are incorporated alarm indicators 40, 45 composed of LED lamps emitting light toward the inside of the vehicle and a light-emission control circuit 50 which perform light-emission control for the LED lamps 41, 46 of the alarm indicators 40, 45 independently and according to the output of the distance sensors. The light-emission control circuit 50 changes the color of the LED lamps 41, 46 to a desired one, so that the most appropriate alarm information may be given to the driver or the like. |
