摘要 A power supply circuit arrangement supplies a high electric voltage to an electronic load circuit. The value of the electric voltage is higher than the value of a supply voltage (Vdd) for the disclosed circuit arrangement. The disclosed circuit arrangement has a pumping circuit (2) electrically connected to the load circuit and which transmits the high voltage to the load circuit depending on an internal switching signal (3), with a predetermined pumping frequency, so that the electric pumping power of the pumping circuit (2) absorbed by the load circuit is substantially dependent both on the value of the supply voltage (Vdd) and on the value of the pumping frequency of the switching signal (3) of the pumping circuit (2). The circuit arrangement has a control circuit (4) associated to the pumping circuit (2) and supplied with a voltage which is derived at least from the supply voltage (Vdd) of the pumping circuit (2). Depending on a control signal (5) which depends on the value of the supply voltage (Vdd), the control circuit (4) transmits to the pumping circuit (2) a switching signal (3) which acts on the pumping frequency used to generate the high voltage transmitted to the pumping circuit (2), so that the value of the pumping frequency of the switching signal (3) is indirectly proportional to the value of the supply voltage (Vdd).
