An eccentric sealed rotary drive device, particularly for a positive displacement pump, is disclosed. The device includes a cranked shaft (1) with an input axis (5) and a parallel and offset output axis (10) to cause circular orbital motion, and a sealed non-rotary sleeve (14) surrounding the shaft and comprising two metal bellows (19, 20) joined together via a guide ring (21) slidable lengthwise on the angled intermediate section (17) of the shaft. The device is useful for converting rotary motion into circular orbital motion in a completely sealed fashion.
