SOLUTION: Since the speed change ratio of an automatic transmission 14 is set up on deceleration GNBK decided through a deceleration deciding means 104 at the time of braking operation of a vehicle by a speed change ratio setting up means 110, even in the case where pressing change time COFBK becomes short though the deceleration is not required so, or in the case where the pressing change time COFBK becomes long, but the deceleration is required, the deceleration suited to a driver's intention can be obtained, and the occurrence of a sense of incompatibility is suitably dissolved. |
