A spark ignition type two-stroke internal combustion engine with a control apparatus thereof provided with capabilities of driving the exhaust valve as to control the entrance and the inside section area of the scavenge according to the revolution of engine or the opening of the throttle, and combusting the fresh mixture in the combustion room by automated spark ignition while under a low loading operation; the character thereof being that the volume of the combustion room is adjustable according to the revolution of engine.
