<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably fit a coil zipper element and stabilize a texture of a folded part of a zipper tape. SOLUTION: This zipper tape 2 is woven from a warp 8 and a double-pick weft 9 and a coil zipper element 1 having two core strings inserted in one side is woven in such a state as being positioned its engagement head part 4 and a coupling reversion part 5 in the inside and the outside respectively. The weft 9 is entwined with the core string 10 in the outside and a fixing warp 11 and two fixing warps 11 are arranged between the engagement head part 4 and the core string 10, and between the core stings 10 respectively so as to be crossed with the weft 9 between front/rear leg parts 6. One end and the other end of the double-pick fixing weft 12 are entwined with the outside fixing warp 11 and the weft 9 crossed with the fixing warp 11 in the engagement head part 4 side respectively, the zipper element 1 is firmly fitted by strongly fastening the core string 10, and the texture of the folded part 7 is stabilized so as to sufficiently work as covering function.</p> |
