PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an adhesive sheet capable of dissolving an uneven feeling and a irregular luster on the surface thereof generated in the case of using a cast coated paper produced by using a rewet cast method and a gelation cast method. SOLUTION: This adhesive sheet obtained by laminating an adhesive layer and a releasing paper by using a cast coated paper obtained by a rewet cast method or a gelation cast method as a surface substrate, is the adhesive sheet having <=1.2×10<-2> standard deviation of values obtained by measuring light absorbencies of the original papers of the coated papers, performing Fourier transformation of the values expressed by (-)log(I/I0 ) of the data (I0 = amount of incident light, I = amount of transmitted light), expressing the results by frequencies and performing reverse Fourier transformation of only the frequencies corresponding to 4-10mm wave length.
