<p>Dangerous chemicals are transported in a high pressure stacked tube array in which the tubes are arranged divided into one or more groups with outside tubes (22, 24, 44, 46) containing inert gas and inside tubes (20, 32, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42) containing the chemical. Inside and outside tubes in the or each group are manifolded (50, 52; 54, 56) to permit off loading of the dangerous chemical into the outside tubes in the event of a leak in an inside tube or tubes in the group. A manifold system for segregation of source chemicals can provide two or more independent outlets.</p> |
