PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject device which makes it possible to perform or reproduce a virtual operation on any computers using ever changing on-line date from the power system. SOLUTION: A virtual operation control means 12 of an electronic computer A receives operation information from an operator table 11, and transmits it to an electronic computer B. A present data control means 17 receives present electric power system data transferred from the electronic computer B, and compares it with data renewed by manual setting at training time. When they do not coincide with each other, received present electric power system data is preserved in a present electric power system data preserving part 15a. The present data control means 17 also takes in preserving data necessary at virtual operation performing time from the present electric power system data preserving part 15a, and when the present electric power system data is renewed by virtual operation in the virtual operation control means 12, renewed data is preserved in the present electric power system data preserving part 15a. |
