PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high flexibility and also to improve the directory service when a handle is used by making a software agent to process the message which are received based on the processing priority included in the entity attribute. SOLUTION: A transmission entity 500 communicates with a message production service 710 and also instructs the service 710 to transfer its produced message to a message transmission service 720. The service 720 sends the received message to its designated address and offers the reports of various formats concerning the message to the entity 500. The message can be sent in rear time to a reception entity 600 or sent to a message storage service 730 which is logically combined with a message storage medium 740.
