PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer paper sheets from a stacking part to a supplying part without directly falling the large amount of the paper sheets, by receiving the paper sheets fallen by the opening of the bottom of the stacking part by a placing mount by vertically moving means, and transferring the paper sheets to the supplying part by the vertical movement of the placing mount of the paper sheets. SOLUTION: When a mail T is transferred from a section stacking part to a supplying part 2, a placing mount 62 is lifted by the driving of a driving motor 65, and moved to the bottom plates 32a, 32b sides of the section stacking part. After lifted, the bottom plates 32a, 32b of the section stacking part are opened by the driving of the driving motor 65, and the mail T is fallen and received on the placing mount 62. After that, the placing mount 62 is lowered by the reverse rotation of the driving motor 65, and downwardly passed through the inside of an oblong hole at the bottom of the supplying part 2 so that the mail T is transferred on a carrying belt at the bottom of the supplying part 2. Hereby, the mail T can be transferred to the supplying part 2 without largely dispersed, and processing efficiency can be improved. |
