PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plant extract capable of providing not only a cutting solution and a cooling water excellent in preventing the generation of a rust and inhibiting the proliferation of microorganisms but also a mineral additive for a food or materials for living and further a pH adjusting agent for an acid soil as a natural recycling material. SOLUTION: To obtain a corrosion resistant and bacteriostatic cutting liquid, corrosion resistant bacteria-controlling and cooling liquid, a mineral additive for a food and for a material for living and a soil pH adjusting agent consisting of stock solution or diluted solution by extracting the burnt ash of the leaf parts, stem parts and root parts of a plant origin by an aqueous acidic, neutral or basic solution at a room temperature to 80 deg.C. |
