The object of the present invention is a process for manufacturing a winding bar (12) for an electrical machine with an output of at least 250 kW, in particular for the stator winding of a turbo generator. The process involves layering component conductors (4, 5) which are bent at at least one end, the layered bent sections (6, 7, 8) forming a frontal section (11) at one end. This section is tightened and provided, either before or after tightening, with a cold-setting adhesive (9). This simplifies and speeds up the manufacturing process, since a high degree of dimensional stability is achieved from the very first of the numerous manufacturing steps. |
