The system, designed for stowing an oven loading conveyor, consists of placing the conveyor immediately on top of the oven's insulated upper panel (4) and to the rear of the oven's extractor hood (2). In this position the conveyor is located in the free air circulating in the bakehouse, and is not affected by condensation. A flexible flap (7) covers the gap between the top of the oven and the hood to prevent the hood from drawing in air from above the oven.
