PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a decentralized analysis data collecting device to be arranged in the vicinity of a device for handling large power by transmitting/ receiving sampling data by an optical signal. SOLUTION: Data sampling devices 11, 12,..., 1n are arranged in each data source block and constituted so as to input various data as sampling data. A synchronism trigger device 2 connects plural devices 11 to 1n without generating any delay. A data collection device 3 has a function for storing analysis data sent through an optical communication interface 4 in a hard disk 6 and a function for transmitting the stored data to a remote fault data analyzer through a transmission line 9. Consequently wire connection among the data sampling devices is made unnecessary and wires can be prevented from being affected by noise. |
