PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the surface corrosion resistance and end face corrosion resistance by forming a specific plated layer on the surface of a steel plate, and using polymer resin having specific searing contact force. SOLUTION: A Zn-Al alloyed molten plated layer 4 containing 4 to 20wt.% of Al is formed on the surface of a skin steel plate 2 in such a manner that the plating adhering amount is 30 to 150g/m<2> . A polymer resin layer 3 is thermosetting resin, which is sandwiched in a laminated steel plate 1 in the thickness of about 30 to 70μm, and the shearing contact force is 90kgf/cm<2> . Thus, the surface corrosion resistance and end face corrosion resistance can be improved.
