The fine coal dust and supply gas mixture (21) is guided without grading as a main stream directly into the dust channel. The coarse dust is graded in a section chamber (9) of a sifter (10), and the so produced fine dust supply gas partial flow is guided into the main stream. The coarse dust and supply gas mixture is divided up into partial streams. The sub-channel joins the sifter's section chamber (9) which is formed by set impingement deflectors (11) and is connected to the main channel (6) by a diverter channel.
