PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material feeding mechanism of a food forming machine enabling the supply of a viscous material from a hopper to a lower feeding roller, etc., at definite volume and density by thoroughly loosening the material in the hopper. SOLUTION: This material-feeding mechanism for a food forming machine supplies a material 2 from a hopper 3 in divided portions with definite amounts with a transfer conveyor belt 6, etc. The mechanism 1 is provided with a pair of stirring bars 4, 5 placed at the lower part in the hopper 3, supported at different heights and rotated inward to transfer the material 2 downward. The rotational speed of the lower stirring bar 4 is set to be higher than that of the upper stirring bar 5. |
