<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost for production and assembly and enable discrete exchange of respective members by fitting, positioning and fixing electrostatic filters formed by affixing stabilizers formed to a saw tooth shape to filter paper folded to a saw tooth shape in section and deodorizing sheets having air permeability into a case. SOLUTION: The case 1 is a frame made of a resin (or sheet metal) having the volume to tightly fit the deodorizing sheets 3 and the electrostatic filters 2 therein. Upper marginal flanges 5 for detaining the deodorizing sheets 3 are formed at the peripheral edges of the case and lower marginal flanges for detaining the electrostatic filters 2 at the rear surface peripheral edges of the case, respectively intermittently. A middle retainer 7 is installed atop the case 1 on the line corresponding to the butt of two sheets of the deodorizing sheets 3. The deodorizing sheets 3 are the members formed by incorporating deodorants, such as active carbon, ceramics and catalysts, into foamed sheets having air permeability. The electrostatic filters 2 have structure obtd. by adhering the stabilizers 9 of integral moldings made of resins or paper shaped to the saw tooth shape to filter paper 8 made of resins, such as polypropylene, folded to the saw tooth shape.</p> |
