PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a system executing kinds of service by executing the service of transferring data including at least voice through a server. SOLUTION: A computer network NET 1 is provided with the server S1 and a router R1. The server S1 is connected with a public telephone line network TEL 1 through modems M1, M2, M3,.... It is possible now to transfer data by means of a fast modem through to use of the public telephone line network TEL 1. The computer network NET 1 is connected with other computer networks constituting the interment through the router R1. The router R1 executes routing-processing which delivers data on the computer network to another network corresponding to its destination. Terminals T1, T2, T3,... are terminals for persons individually participating in the internet.
