<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of distributing gases at a low production cost and min. energy consumption of a gas separator of a PSA(pressure vibration adsorption) system, etc., including a circulating means for passing gases horizontally through adsorbents. SOLUTION: The gas circulating means has first sub-volumes 5, 9 adjacent to the adsorbents 3 on the perpendicular side of at least one adsorbents 3 and gas distributing volumes enclosing the first sub-volumes 5, 9 by walls 4, 8 provided with gas flow passages 40 having the cross sectional area and/or distribution selected to decrease the fluctuations in the perpendicular direction of the local flow rate on the side of the adsorbents.</p> |
