The invention relates to an abrasion resistant coating composition which prevents condensing fog by forming water film. The composition consists of the followings: a hydrophilic monomer partially nutralized a monomer having carboxyl or carboxylate group; a monomer, a silane hydrolysate or a condensation product selected from epoxy organo-functional silanes; a monomer, a silane hydrolysate or a condensation product selected from amino organo-functional silanes; a monomer, a copolymer or a terpolymer selected from organo silane monomers containing hydrophilic (metha) monomers and unsaturated groups; at least one colloidal silica selected from silica groups having particle sizes ranging from 1 to 150 Pm; a catalyst for thermosetting; a catalyst for ultraviolet curing.
