Lifting gear for transforming rotational to reciprocating motion

The gear has a fixed housing (1) with a central longitudinal cavity (2). A longitudinal lifting piston (3) is placed within the cavity with a tight tolerance. This piston has teeth down at least one side, along and at an angle to its central axis (X). A worm gear (5) rotates around at least one minor axis (X1) parallel to the central one. Its teeth (6) mesh with at least one tooth of the piston. At least one sprocket (8) is attached to the worm gear to pass on torque.
