PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the migration of a binder and to form a bulky undercoat layer high in heat insulating effect by constituting the undercoat layer of resin latex and a polymer wherein hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity are reversibly changed across definite temp. and setting the amt. of the emulsifier in the liquid phase of the resin latex to a specific value or less. SOLUTION: An undercoat layer is constituted of resin latex A such as a styrene/butadiene resin, a styrene/acrylic resin, an acrylic resin, a polyurethane resin or a polyurethane urea resin and a vinyl polymer wherein hydrophilicity and hydrophobicity are reversibly changed across definite temp. The amt. of an emulsifier in the liquid phase of the resin latex A is set to 0 or 0.01mmol/g or less. By this constitution, the bulky undercoat layer reduced in the migration of a binder and high in heat insulating effect can be obtained. |
