The throttle arrangement has at least one throttle coil (2,3) arranged in a metal housing (1). The throttle coil (2,3) is formed as an air coil without an iron core with a central support (5). Preferably at least two throttle coils (2,3) are fastened spaced apart from each other by an axial distance (4) on the electrically insulating central support (5). On the sides nearest the central support (5) the coils (2,3) have a voltage terminal. A first voltage terminal of a first coil (2) is fed to an axial side of the metal housing (1). A second terminal of a second coil (3) is fed to the other axial side of the housing (1). The throttle coils (2,3) preferably have further voltage terminals on their sides furthest from the central support (5). These are electrically connected to each other by a connection line (21). the central support (5) is preferably tubular and may be made of a glass fibre reinforced plastic or porcelain.
