A grip for carrying bags with handles or miscellaneous loads, consisting of a single rigid cylindrical body (1) with a channel (3) extending through the central portion thereof half-way between the ends (2) of the body and perpendicularly thereto, said channel having an apical opening and being defined at its upper end by the undersides of two projections (4, 5), such that bag handles or load carrying grip portions may be received in said channel.
