PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously and stably output an output image of high image quality for a long time by integrating a recording head and an ink supply tank with an adjacent part to heat both of them and lowering the specific viscosity of ink to specific viscosity emitting ink from the recording head to form an image. SOLUTION: An ink supply tank 2 filled with high viscosity ink 1 with viscosity of 500-40000cps up to a definite level and the recording head 3 adjacent to the tank 2 as an integrated structure are wholly heated and controlled by a heater 4. A vibration smallsized viscosity/temp. measuring sensor 5 is arranged to the ink supply tank 2 to measure the viscosity of high viscosity ink 1 and a viscosity value taken in as an electric signal is controlled by an electric circuit. The viscosity of the high viscosity ink 1 is lowered to ink viscosity of 0.1-10cps suitable for forming ink droplets. Therefore, an output image of high image quality can be stably supplied at a high speed for a long time. |
