Two rim halves (21, 22) are rotatably mounted on a spindle (50, 60) supporting both of the free circumferential edges of a hollow semi-annular housing (1) made of a polyurethane elastomer moulded into the general shape of a tyre with pear-shaped lateral, internal and external outlines. The housing rigidly houses a plurality of fastening inserts made of a hard material (121, 122) adjacent to each of its free circumferential edges. The spindle (50) is provided with two bearing supports and a generally cylindrical sleeve (70) therebetween to which a sensor (8) is attached, through-holes (711, 712) being provided in said sleeve for the electrical connections to said sensor. |
