PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly accurate control function of the rotational position and rotational speed over a wide rotational speed range by feeding a drive circuit with a rotation position control signal and a rotational phase control signal while switching depending on the rotational state. SOLUTION: A rotational speed control circuit 5 comprising a speed control circuit 10 for comparing an FG signal with a reference speed signal to produce a speed error signal, and a phase control circuit 12 for comparing the FG signal with a reference phase signal to produce a phase error signal. The rotational speed control circuit 5 further comprises a rotational position control circuit 7 for compairing a rotation position signal detected through a rotational position detection circuit 3 with a reference positron signal to produce a rotational position error signal. A control signal regulation circuit 9 switches (selection, synthesis) these error signals to produce a drive control signal for driving a motor 1 through a drive circuit 2. According to the circuit, highly accurate control function is ensured over a wide rotational speed range by performing the rotational position control finely at the time of stoppage and low speed rotation and performing stabilized rotational speed control at the time of high speed rotation. |
