FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: this is ecologically reliable base for heap leaching by toxic and chemically aggressive solutions. Base represents multilayer structure having two water-proofing layers of polyethylene film, rubberized or rubber material, and located between them is drain layer made of gravel or other lumpy or porous material. Circulated through drain layer is decontaminating solution flowing through separate enclosed circuit. Amount of decontaminating material in circulating solution is taken to be sufficient for decontamination of entire toxic matter circulating with technological solutions. Valuable components found in decontaminating solution are removed according to technology adopted for processing of technological solutions. EFFECT: high efficiency. 1 dwg
