PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent oil from adhering to an image carrier by separating a transfer material carrier from the image carrier after an image is transferred on the back surface of a transfer material. SOLUTION: A transfer drum 202 is pivotally supported by the shaft 310a of a rocking member 310, and the member 310 is rocked in a direction shown by an arrow with center at a shaft 300a. In order to rock the member 310, a cam 320 is half-rotated clockwise, whereby a lever 330 is rotated counterclockwise with center at a shaft 330A and a pushing-up part 340 provided coaxially with the shaft 330A is interlocked and rocks the rocking part 310B of the member 310 clockwise with center at the shaft 300a. Thus, the drum 202 is separated from a photoreceptor drum 206. Therefore, the oil adhering to the transfer material carrier does not adhere to the image carrier by the transfer material, and faulty cleaning or image irregularity is prevented from occurring. |
