FIELD: measurement technology, pressure test of working media in machines and apparatuses, test of emergency pressure of oil in automobile and tractor internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: pressure transducer includes metal case with pipe union, insulator with contact bushing pressed into it, membrane, pusher, contact plate, contact mobile cup, spring, threaded clamp. Given transducer differs from known analogs as it has device to adjust preliminary compression of spring according to operating pressure of transducer which includes set screw and pressure washer. Set screw is stopped by solder or self-hardening sealant after adjustment of transducer. Device to adjust compression can be manufactured in three design variants specified in description of invention. Possibility of adjustment of transducer in process of its assembly makes it possible to simplify manufacturing process, to decrease labour input and number of rejects, to expand functional capabilities of transducer as one can assemble transducers to test various levels of pressure of working media in machines and apparatuses of different assignment from same incoming parts. EFFECT: simplified manufacturing process, decreased labour input and expanded functional capabilities. |
