A method for concentrating an active principle (P) combined with magnetic vectors (V) in cells to be treated (3) in a patient. The method comprises the steps of generating a focused magnetic field gradient (2) in the region of the cells to be treated (3), injecting the active principle (P) combined with unmagnetised magnetic vectors (V) into the focused magnetic field (2), increasing the strength of the focused magnetic field (2) in the cells to be treated (3), forming a lasting aggregation of magnetic vectors in the focusing area (2) in the biological medium, and eliminating the magnetic field.
