PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make simple and small the configuration of a power-generating and electricity accumulating device by furnishing a water condensing part on the fuel supply side to a fuel cell, separating the water in this condensing part, and thereby eliminating necessity for providing any plurality of air-water separators. SOLUTION: At the time of accumulating electricity, a current is carried to a current feeder 4 of a water decomposing device 1 to electrolyse the water, and the hydrogen and oxygen are introduced to the fuel cell 2 while surplus oxygen and hydrogen are stored in a oxygen tank 7 and hydrogen tank 6, respectively. At the time of generating electric power, on the other hand, the hydrogen and oxygen generated by the device 1 are supplied to the device 2, and then water is produced. This water must be removed as it becomes vapor depending upon the temp. of the device 2 and constitutes a resistance when supplied to a solid electrolyte film 3, and therefore, the water is condensed by a condensing part 5 provided in that low temp. part of the device 2 contacting with the external air and is supplied to the water tank 8. Provision of this condensing part eliminates necessity for any plurality of air-water separators, and an intended power-generating/electricity accumulating device for use in the space can be accomplished in simple and small construction. |
