PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To raise and lower the temp. of a cavity plate without unevenness by holding a stamper plate within the mold constituted to be supported to a disk cavity plate by magnetic force and vacuum suction force. SOLUTION: If a solenoid coil 60 is used in place of a permanent magnet as a stamper plate holding means, the coil is disposed on the outer periphery of a stepped shaft part 42 at the front end of a stampler plate bushing 46 via a coil bobbin 61. A passage communicating with the spacing between the coil 60 and the inner periphery of the stationary side disc cavity plate 38 is formed in the bushing 46. The passage 46a is connected to an external vacuum device (not shown in the figure), etc., via the suction hole 55. The mold is so constituted as to execute vacuum suction through the communicating hole 46a and suction hole 55 from the spacing 45 (>=0.02mm) formed among the coil 60, the outer peripheral surface of the stepped shaft part 42 of the bushing 46 and the inner peripheral surface of the central hole 9 of the disk cavity plate 38.
