The system is particularly for air into a chamber to be heated or cooled, having a guide dividing the gas from an outlet into several sections. The guide is formed by flat components (6) inclined at acute angles to the main flow direction, and whose leading edges generate eddies. These can be adjustable in the outlet (5), and several of them can be parallel to each other. Their transverse axes can be inclined to each other, and they can be delta-, diamond-, circular-, elliptical- or oval-shaped. Their edges can be bent over.
