PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish improvement in dust leakage controlling effect and improvement in maintenance workability the same time. SOLUTION: A leakage restricting plate 32 can be shifted between a restricting condition, in which the leakage restricting plate 32 is brought close to a sanding belt 23, and a retracted condition, in which the leakage restricting plate 32 is separated from the sanding belt 23. In suction of dust by means of a sanding belt hopper 31, the leakage restricting plate 32 is shifted into a restricting condition, and leakage of dust from an interval between the sanding belt hopper 31 and the sanding belt 23 can be effectively restricted. In maintenance such as replacement of the sanding belt 23, the leakage restricting plate 32 is shifted into the retracted condition, so that the sanding belt 23 hardly interferes with the leakage restricting plate 32, so that workability is improved. |
