PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a superconductive wire rod for preventing destruction of a superconductive condition by heat caused by disturbance or mechanical friction, by constituting a superconductive wire rod of a superconductive conductor and plural stabilizing material, having respective specific compositions, provided on the periphery of the superconductive conductor. SOLUTION: A superconductive wire rod is constituted of a superconductive conductor 4, a first stabilizing material 1, provided on the periphery of the conductor 4 and having composition constituted of an A group or B group, and a second stabilizing material 2, provided on the periphery of the first stabilizing material 1 and having composition constituted by containing the B group or the A and B groups. Provided that, the A group is material containing one or more of T1, Co, Au, Pt, Fe, Cu, Al, Ag, CuNi, CuSn, and Ni, and the B group is material containing one or more of a composition, etc., shown by Gd, Dy, Er, Tm, Pb, Ho, (Erx R1-x )3 Niy Co1-y (O<=x<=1; 0<=y<=1; R is a rare earth element selected from Y, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Tm, Yb, and Sc). |
