<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the addition of a production line or the change of production quantity among a host computer, a system controller and respective production lines without stopping the production lines and to efficiently drive the lines. SOLUTION: In the case of determining total production quantity by the host computer, the total production quantity is received and displayed by the system controller (S13 to S15) and the total production quantity is divided into respective lots based upon a set lot unit and an allowable divided amount (S16) and a message of production availability is transmitted to respective production lines (S17). When an instruction for changing the total production quantity is outputted from the host computer, unproducted quantity is transmitted to the host computer (S19), production lots are added or deleted (S21), whether unproduced production lots exist or not is checked in each of the stages S17, S19, S21, and a production lot with the lowest order out of plural unproduced production lots is transmitted to the production line (S23, S24).</p> |
