<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a flush ROM with a large delete unit adaptive to a file system. SOLUTION: Plural data areas 157 and management areas (consisting of a sector number 154, a busy flag 155 and a used flag 156) corresponding to the data areas are formed to a flush memory ROM mounted onto the electronic camera and the memory is managed. In the case of data write, a write command attended with a logical sector number representing a data write destination is received to write the logic sector number to a corresponding management area. Furthermore, in the case of reading data, a read command attended with a logical sector number representing the data read source is received to retrieve the management area to which the logic sector number is stored and data stored in a data area corresponding to the retrieved management area are read out.</p> |
