A thermoplastic elastomer compsn. (I) contains: (A) a thermoplastic resin component contg. 10-95 wt% syndiotactic polypropylene; and (B) an elastomer component, with an alpha value of 1 or less. alpha = ( phi d/ phi m) /* ( epsilon m/ epsilon d) phi m, phi d = vol. fractions of (A) and (B) respectively; and epsilon m, epsilon d = corresp. melt viscosities.
