The invention finds application in medicine - surgical orthopedics and traumatology. Therapeutical effect is attained in all cases of syndesmosis impairments, normal movement between fibula and tibia is preserved and the number of surgical inverventions is reduced. After the fibula osteosynthesis with intraosteal percutaneously introduced Kirschner wire from the top of the ankle and osteosynthesis of the medial ankle by lambeau-like extended surgical incision, the distal metaphysis of the tibia is uncovered and the device is fitted at maximum pressure of the fibula to the tibia and the sole of the foot at 25° dorsiflexion, and its bbracket (1) by its bended arms (2) includes the fibula (5) on its front and outside, and across hole (3) is fixed by means of a screw (4) to the tibia (6) metaphysis.
