PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die coater coating material washing device capable of reducing coating material loss at the time of washing pipings and efficiently washing the pipings in a short period of time with a smaller amt. of solvent for washing. SOLUTION: A compressed gas supply piping 232 for supplying a compressed gas is connected to the second coating material piping 12 of a die coater coating material supplying device consisting of a coating material vessel 1, a coating material supplying pump 3, a first coating material piping 2 extended from this coating material vessel and connected to this coating material supplying pump 3 and the second coating material piping 12 extended from the coating material supplying pump 3 and connected to a die coater 16. The device described above is provided with valves 14, 15 for switching the state in which the compressed gas supplied to the second coating material piping 12 flows to the coating material supplying pump 3 side and the state in which the compressed gas flow to the die coater 16 side. A detergent supply piping 28 for supplying a gas-liquid detergent mixture composed of the compressed gas and the detergent is connected to the second coating material piping 12 and a waste liquid tank 35 may be connected to the first coating material piping 2. |
